ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement directions given by the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Ombudsman, Chennai in its Order No.01/Pearoo/2022, dated 07.04.2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would pass appropriate orders based on the direction issued by the Ombudsman at Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 07.04.2022 within a period of eight weeks time.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondents to implement the order of the Ombudsman dated 07.04.2022, particularly, the direction at Paragraph No.7 of that order, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
