ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first to third respondents to provide necessary Police protection to the petitioner and his community members by considering his representation dated 01.09.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.A complaint was preferred by the petitioner before the second respondent, to secure his life and liberty from the threat of the fourth respondent and the same is yet to be considered by the respondent Police.
5.The petitioner is now directed to go with a fresh representation / petition to the third respondent, who shall cause such necessary enquiry as may be sufficient to give police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
protection to the petitioner as required by him. While enquiry, the third respondent shall also enquire the fourth respondent in this regard.
6.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
