O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying for a direction to direct the second respondent to reinvestigate the case and completing the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.346 of 2012 dated 09.07.2012.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police has closed the case as 'un-deductable'.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
