ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent. 3.The earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3322 of 2023 was dismissed on 21.02.2023 on the ground that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
