Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint of the fourth respondent with the Inspector of Police, Koombur Police Station, Dindigul District, against the present petitioner was registered in CSR.No.205 of 2020 and posted for enquiry.

3.In the result, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Koobur Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
