O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in charge sheet in S.C.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and quash the same.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioners/A1 and A2 as well as the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant with their counsel appeared in person. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise, stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the entire proceeds in S.C.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi.

achieved to proceed further in this matter.

4.In view of that, this petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in respect of S.C.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, is quashed as against the petitioners. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record.
