ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks disbursement of the crop insurance premium payable to him. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the stand of the respondents is that the petitioner is not eligible for such disbursement. If that be so, the fifth respondent should serve a copy of the rejection order.

3.The learned standing counsel appearing for the fifth respondent states that the petitioner can approach the fifth respondent and collect the rejection order.

4.It is open to the petitioner to challenge such order in the manner known to law. With such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
