This petition is filed to direct the respondent No.3 not to interfere in the business operations or harass the petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the respondent No.3 to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu (1997 1 SCC 416) case in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
