ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 12.03.2018.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint to the official respondents herein against the proposed accused and also requested the police to provide police protection to measure the property, however, no action is forthcoming from the respondents 1 & 2, and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint and during enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner submitted that he has already approached the civil Court and seek his remedy before the Court. Therefore, the official respondents have closed the said complaint.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate civil Court.
