This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of complaint dated 28.09.2017.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.18 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
