PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to pass an order of direction directing the Learned Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case in R.P No. 10 of 2017 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case in R.P No. 10 of 2017 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that R.P No. 10 of 2017 is pending for nearly about one and a half years on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and prays for a speedy disposal of the same. 3.In view of submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, there will be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the case in RP No.10 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance of this order immediately after completion of the proceedings, to the Registry.

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
