This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent police and therefore, there is no question of harassment at all.
