ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that the appeal filed by the writ petitioner was returned on the ground that it should be presented before the competent authority.

2. As far as the medical reimbursement claim are concerned, the District Level Empowered Committee, State Level Empowered Committee and High Level Empowered Committee are dealing with the claims. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent appellate authority for the purpose of redressal of his grievances. In the event of any such approach, the competent committee may consider the same on merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible.
