Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and the employees working in the petitioner's chamber and also to the vehicles carrying goods to the petitioner's chamber and thereby ensure the petitioner to carry out his business in a peaceful manner based on the complaint dated 03.08.2016 sent by the petitioner.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to give necessary protection to the petitioner and his employees, who are working in the petitioner's chamber. 2.The petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 03.08.2016 against one Murugesan, who is the Vice President of Village Panchayat and other identifiable six persons. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been registered in CSR No.27 of 2016 and enquiry is in progress.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take a decision in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the said Murugesan.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
