2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent police and submits that there are totally twelve witnesses in CC No.796 of 2022. PW1 has already been examined and the case is posted to 19.06.2024 for the examination of the remaining witnesses.
