ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 212, 353 and 323 of IPC in Crime No.82 of 2018. He seeks Anticipatory Bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no previous case registered against the petitioner herein.

4.The petitioner is said to have assaulted the Forest Official. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner went to the Local Sub Inspector Office of the Forest Department to submit his apologies. The petitioner undertakes to file the letter of apology before the Jurisdictional Magistrate at the time of surrender.

6.Recording this undertaking, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, Madurai District and on his executing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
