ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.695 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent and to submit a report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.998 of 2022 and he has also produced the copy of the charge sheet.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
