ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer to Tuticorin District by invoking G.O. (1D)No.218, dated 20.06.2019. The petitioner's sister is said to suffer from mental retardation. Her mother is said to be a heart patient. The petitioner has asserted that it is her family which is taking care of the mentally retarded sister. The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.11.2022 in this regard.

3. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner at the time of general counselling with reference to the aforesaid G.O, if on enquiry, it is found that the petitioner is eligible to claim benefit thereunder.
