O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR in Crime No.22 of 2017 dated 03.02.2017, on the file of the respondent police as per the petitioner's petition dated 11.02.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police may consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2017 and alter the Section 307 IPC in Crime No.22 of 2017.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506(ii) IPC was altered into Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 , 355 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.22 of 2017 and he produced a xerox copy of the alteration report filed by the investigating officer before this Court.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no need to pass further orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
