This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.78 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation is almost over and that the final report is likely to be filed very soon.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer and the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court is inclined to issue the following direction.

5. The second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.78 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
