Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. The petitioner has given an application dated 08.10.2018.

3.The respondents shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The respondents shall also put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the respondents to pass orders one way or other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
