ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband, namely, Pandi, son of Ponnen aged about 38 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was conducted for the complaint lodged by the petitioner and found that the petitioner's husband is living in Surat, Gujarat. He was not kidnapped by any one and on his own he is living there.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the family Court for appropriate relief as against herein.
