RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2230 of 2021 dt.5.3.2021 to appear before the 2nd Respondent Police daily at 7.00 P.M. for a period of two weeks instead of daily 10.30.A.M. before the Respondent Police for the period of 2 weeks.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PAULMURUGAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2230 of 2021, dated 05.03.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. He further submitted that the petitioner is working as Driver and he is unable to appear at 10.30 am. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2230 of 2021, dated 05.03.2021 is modified and the
