ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Trichy and the same was transferred to the District Crime Branch, Trichy for enquiry in G4/3416/21. The District Crime Branch, after conducting enquiry closed the complaint on 20.07.2021.

CRL OP(MD) No.4522 of 2021 2.Ms.R.Yamuna, learned counsel who filed an application for intervening on behalf of the defacto complainant submits that this is a case of job racketing and around Rs.33,00,000/- has been cheated by the petitioners herein and the respondent Police without conducting proper enquiry closed the investigation on 20.07.2021. 3.The respondent Police shall forward a copy of the closure report to the defacto complainant enabling him to file protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, if he is so advised.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
