This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to deputy any police officials to give protection to the petitioner to cut Seema Karuvel Trees situated in S.No.277/1A, 304/5, 304/6 and 71/1 measuring 2.5 acres in Kannudayan Patti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner wants to cut the Karuvel Trees standing in S.No.277/1A, 304/5, 304/6 and 71/1 measuring 2.5 acres in Kannudayan Patti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Therefore, a representation dated 13.07.2016 has been submitted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 2nd respondent to give police protection. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

This Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
