Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 15-07-2019 pending before the 1st respondent against the rejection of petitioner representation for approval of petitioner post of the record clerk dated 13-05-2019 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. By consent of the available parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 15.07.2019.
