ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide necessary protection for the lives and limbs of the petitioner, his family members and tenants of the shops in petitioner's commercial complex situated in Survey No.216/2B, at Narayanasamuthram Village, Bharathi Nagar, Karur Municipality based on the representation dated 07.03.2022 sent by the petitioner.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 07.03.2022 to the respondents 1 to 3 is pending without any progress.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5632 of 2022 3.In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
