Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner in respect of his Housing Loan in Account No. 21240030680 and consequently direct the respondents to return the original title deed in Document No.3/2007 dated 01.01.2007 registered on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar Office No.4, Madurai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2023, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner in respect of a housing loan obtained by him in Account No.21240030680 and consequently direct the respondents to return the original title deed in Document No.3/2007 dated 01.01.2007 registered on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar Office No.4, Madurai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2023.

The petitioner has given a representation on 03.02.2023 for issuance of No Objection Certificate and repayment statement in loan Account No. 21240030680 and for return of his original document in No.3/2007, dated 01.01.2007, registered on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar Office No.4, Madurai. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
