According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint preferred by the respondents 3 and 4 has been enquired and the same was closed.
