RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time for furnishing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai as per Anticipatory Bail order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.15754 of 2020 by order dated 11/02/2021.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAMASAMY.S., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15754 of 2020, dated 11.02.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner and the defacto complainant had resolved the issue and as per the understanding he had drawn DD for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- in favour of K.Kasinathan (DD.No.964121 dated 20.03.2021, Visalakshipuram Madurai) and produced the same. He further submitted that compromise quash petition has been filed before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.873 of 2021 and in all probabilities the case would get acquitted.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted and if the petitioners fail to comply with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners and proceed in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 25/03/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
