O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretext of investigation and enquiry in connection with Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of Kovilankulam Police Station.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a person was murdered by some unknown persons for which the petitioner's family was harassed. Hence, the present petition has been filed. The learned counsel would further state that on 27.02.2020, a murder happened and initially 15 persons were implicated in the murder case and after investigation, the petitioner's son was implicated as A-16 out of totally 24 accused persons.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), would submit that till date, the petitioner's son has not been secured by the Law Enforcing Agency for the purpose of investigation. The Law Enforcing Agency have not harassed the petitioner's son and they are searching the petitioner's son alone.
