2. Heard Mr.B.Char Murugan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the property belonging to the petitioner has been acquired long back and it had also been allotted to landless poor belonging to Adi Dravidar Community. The petitioner does not have any legal right to seek for the relief in this Writ Petition and the relief sought for is not sustainable and there are no merits in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 16.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No RM 3/5
