ORDER

Seeking regularization of the service from August, 1983 to May 2008 in the 3rd respondent's school, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 25.04.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2. Due to non-consideration of his representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the said submission, this Court, without going to the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.04.2018, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
