O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the false complaint given by the third party, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only on the eve of Assembly Election conducted in May 2021, as a precautionary measure, the petitioner has been called for to attend enquiry and since the purpose is over, there is no harassment and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
