PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the 2nd Respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the name of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondents based on the representation dated 26.02.2024. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the second Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instruction of the Respondents 1 and 2, submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioner before the CM Cell, he was examined by the second Respondent. The Petitioner gave written undertaking that he will not disturb the third Respondent/defacto Complainant. It is his further submission that the Police had not received any complaint from the third Respondent. Also, he would submit that the Petitioner on summons had appeared before the Investigation Officer and gave a written undertaking that he will not create any hindrance to the third Respondent and will resolve the dispute before the civil Court. Therefore, the Petition was closed. He undertakes to follow the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is closed, since the Petitioner had himself given an undertaking that he will seek the relief before the civil Court.
