Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned enquiry notice, dated 02/03/2022, in Na.Ka.No.77/A2/2022, issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, forbearing the first respondent from conducting any enquiry for cancellation of the partition deed, dated 01/10/2014, registered as Document No.1954 of 2014, on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned enquiry notice, dated 02.03.2022, calling the petitioners for enquiry in respect of the complaint given by the third and fourth respondents, seeking for cancellation of the registered documents, which are standing in the name of the petitioners. 2.Heard Mr.J.Bharathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.5333 of 2022 3.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that subsequent to the issuance of enquiry notice, final orders have been passed by the first respondent, directing the complainant namely the respondents 3 and 4 to approach the civil Court with regard their grievance.

4.Since final orders are passed, no further orders need to be passed by this Court in this writ petition as the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been achieved.

5.In terms of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and in terms of the order, dated 24.03.2022, passed by the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
