ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 153 (A), 120 (B) of I.P.C. And 15, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 and 25 (1) (a) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.46 of 2018. The petitioner is shown as Accused No.1.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is no previous case registered against the petitioner and this case has been put up against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there are ten accused in this case. Out of them, five accused have already been arrested and five of them are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ yet to be arrested. The provisions of National Security Act have

been invoked against A2, A3 and A4. He would further submit that national interest is involved and that the accused have been making attempts to procure arms to wage war. Since national security is involved in this case, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
