This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 Constitution of India, praying this Court to set aside the order passed by the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai in I.A.No.1696 of 2014 in I.D.O.P.No.21 of 2014 on 08.04.2015, allow this revision Petition. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the earlier order of this Court, and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.12964/18 dated 29.11.2018 this Court made the following order: The Principal District Judge, Madurai by letter dated 29.11.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass judgment in I.D.O.P. No. 21 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 28.03.2018 in C.R.P. (MD). No. 1368 of 2015. 2.

Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 30.04.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing judgment.
