The petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court concerned in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1474 of 2024, dated 01.02.2024.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2. 2/4
3. Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 01.02.2024, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1474 of 2024, is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension of time will be granted.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
