[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed on the apprehension that the proposed laying of pipe line will affect the road.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that what is to be laid is underneath the road. Therefore, there will not be any damage.

3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to allow the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
