Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.259 of 2021:

To call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.246 of 2019 in M.C.No.58 of 2017 dated 22.02.2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the 1st respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to stay the further proceedings of the order, in M.C.No.58 of 2017, dated 06.06.2018, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

CRL MP(MD) No.2606 of 2021 3.This Court has granted interim stay on 18.08.2021 and directed the parties to appear before the Mediation. The stay was granted only to settle the issue amicably.

4.It is seen that no Mediation settlement was arrived between the parties. Hence, Stay petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner has to deposit 50 % of the arrears amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the trial Court and the petitioner is further directed to deposit 50% of the monthly maintenance amount on or before fifth of every English Calendar month before the Family Court, Tirunelveli, failing which, the interim stay already granted stands automatically vacated.
