The petitioner is a Teacher, who is going to retire next year. She has a knee problem. She claims that she could not climb upstairs and take class in the second floor. She seeks allotment of a class room in the ground floor. She had also lodged a complaint before the first respondent. 2.The first respondent may examine the representation of the petitioner and let the petitioner engage in a conversation with the second respondent. It is upto them to come to consensus on this issue. The Writ Court cannot pass any orders on this aspect.
