ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the 1st petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that after enquiry, the complaint has been forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram. But, the petitioners did not implead the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram as a party respondent in this petition. 4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
