ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent indicated the Bank is willing to comply with the petitioner's request. This submission is recorded. The petitioner shall approach the respondent, who shall do needful in this regard and complete all the formalities within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. It is made clear that the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel pertains only to Plot No.17 that is comprised in Survey No.39/2A2.
