ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.88 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The quantity in question is 1.100 Kilograms of Ganja. The petitioner is a lady and aged about 65 years. 4.Considering these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Special Court seeking regular bail.
