O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.73 of 2016 dated 11.03.2016, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint alleging that the proposed accused had created a document, as if the petitioner executed a Power of Attorney and they have created some fabricated / manipulated documents in order to grab the land belonging to the petitioner's family.

3.In such circumstances, a complaint was lodged and the case was registered in Crime No.73 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 406, 417 and 420 of IPC, on 11.03.2016. It is stated that there was no further progress and that the investigation is not properly done and hence a direction by this Court for completion of investigation and to file a final report will be in the interest of justice.

documents, this court is inclined to issue the following directions:

4.1.The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Cr.No.73 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
