ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband in H.M.O.P. No.364 of 2015, which is pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. Now, the petitioner has filed the Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.437 of 2017, seeking to transfer the above said H.M.O.P. No.364 of 2015 to the Sub-Court, Pudukkottai and try along with H.M.O.P. No.117 of 2017 on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of the learned Sub-Judge, Pudukkottai.

2. Initially, this Court ordered notice to the respondent and private notice is also permitted for taking steps to substitute service.

3. Petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take substitute service to the respondent.
