O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioner, which arises on the death of her husband, by considering her representation dated 30.07.2018.

writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The petitioner made a representation dated 30.07.2018 to the respondents seeking disbursement of family pension along with other benefits, pursuant to the death of her husband, who was the employee of the respondents and the same is stated to be pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits.

5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
