ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Dinesh Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Veeranthiran Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
The petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court concerned in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.556 of 2024, dated 12.01.2024.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2.
3. Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 12.01.2024, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.556 of 2024, is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension of time will be granted.
