This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Records Perused.

4.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2012 was already disposed of by the Lower Court. 5.The Lower Court's report also reveals that the case in H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2012 was already disposed on 28.09.2016. This petition is pending from the year 2015 onwards. Since nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
